Gary R. Phillips is responsible for leading and managing all parts of the company. Gary owns the vision and mission of the company to deliver our customers with fresh innovative ideas. Gary is recognized in the industry for his ability to see hidden opportunity, introduce innovation, generate growth, and expanding product universes. He has earned industry awards for creativity, innovation, and strategies.

Gary specializes in working with midsize business growth, innovation, turnaround, and organizational change. Additionally, Gary heads up the entrepreneurial practice that provides consulting, capital, growth, valuation, and other strategies to new business leaders. He is on the Board and Member of the Board of Advisors of Career Sciences (SaaS), Genie Mobile (SaaS), RoboNegotiator (SaaS), ProBook (SaaS) and FTP. He previously held board positions with Forefront Solutions, ECS Group, Human Pulse, and PDG.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from WGU/IU, Master of Business Administration with a Finance focus and an Master of Science in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Prior to leading FTP, Gary founded and co-founded PDG, Human Pulse, Plan-it, Forefront Solutions, and Career Sciences. He has worked as a business consultant for over 20 years and also led multiple capital raises through VC and angel networks.

Gary resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife and four children.
